Introducing our new Customer Care Team*. Starting Wednesday, July 27, 2016, NBC will implement a new Customer Care team to answer IT Support calls and help customers get the support they need. The new Customer Care team will be accessible by dialing option 8 when on hold with IT Support and will be available Monday – Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. central time.

What this means to you:

  • Shorter wait times
  • No irritating voicemail option
  • Help creating tickets
  • Ensure urgent issues are handled promptly
  • Provide a status update of an existing ticket from a live person

Although the Customer Care Team is not equipped to resolve your incident or answer technical questions, they are your advocate when navigating the IT Support System. This is another step that NBC is taking to get back to superior customer service levels that you deserve. We appreciate your continued support and partnership.

*The Customer Care team consists of Customer Service Representatives, not IT Support Analysts
