New Client Portal Website now available!

Nebraska Book Company is making it easier to do business with us! In an effort to better support the independent college retailer, we realized that our clients need a more streamlined and centrally located customer portal to access all of our products and services. “In the past, clients had to visit several separate, stand-alone URL’s just to interact with many of our products…from ordering textbooks to accessing digital content. We realized if we truly are making changes to be become the preferred partner to the independent college retailer, we need to make sure we are putting the customers needs first in everything we do.” – Carrie McKenzie-Bush, NBC Director of Marketing. We realize your time is valuable, so to improve the user experience, we have created a central website where clients can conveniently access all of our products and services in one place, resulting in a much more user-friendly experience.

We think clients are going to like several new, easy-to-use features like the “Order Textbooks” button that enables you to order textbooks online for the upcoming semester without having to go to a separate website (previously nbctextbooks.com). Other handy buttons link directly to text requisitions, adoption, buyback support, supply replenishment, and customized buyback signage—in other words, your one-stop shop!

In addition, the site provides easy access to our other helpful services such as College Store Design, Technology Support, and Spectrum information and registration. Stores can also sign up for Beta programs, which allows our most valued partners help us develop and test out new programs and products as we continue to evolve.

So where can you find all this greatness in one place? Formally known as our IT support portal, portal.nebook.com is now the only site you’ll need to remember to access all the products and services previously found at a myriad of sites. Any of the content that you previously accessed on portal.nebook.com will still be available by going through our new portal, or by accessing directly at support.nebook.com. Now, most of the links will simply redirect you to the pages you previously used!
